Check out the cream of the crop of paintings from the 2011 Telluride Plein Air event. Each artist submitted their favorite piece from the week of painting, and put it on display and up for auction at the Gala Event on Saturday, July 2nd. Artists also voted on their favorite of these pieces, rusulting in the following Artist Choice Awards: Randall Sexton; 1st Place, Darrell Hill; 2nd Place, Kathy Anderson; 3rd Place. Jose de Juan received the South West Art Award of Excellence.
